Every microbrewery worth its hops needs a canning machine.
Our CanTech range offers a flexible approach the canned beverage process. Incorporating a modular design, the CanTech range can incorporate additional modules without the need to purchase completely new machinery. Additional modules can increase the filling capacity, automate the de-palletising of cans and even rinsing the can post fill.
The CanTech range is designed, manufactured and assembled in the UK. Installation and servicing needs are also provided by our UK based technicians.
A basic CanTech System consists of three integrated stations, all within the base unit:
- Purge/Fill Station
- Lid Placement Station, and;
- Seaming Station. The system adapts to handle a wide range of can sizes.
Core CanTech Range
The CanTech 500 includes a manually controlled Purge/Fill Station with a double filling head, manual lid placement and seaming station. The compact module is CE marked and is mounted to a 304 stainless steel wheeled frame.
The CanTech 1500 comes complete with a 2 head purge/fill arrangement. The unit is rated at 1500 processed 330ml cans per hour. The module also comes complete with a post fill head lid drop and seaming station.
The CanTech 2500 comes complete with a 4 head purge/fill arrangement. The unit is rated at 2500 processed 330ml cans per hour. The module also comes complete with a post fill head lid drop and seaming station.
Optional Additional Modules
The CanTech De-palletising module feeds cans the canning system by removing by layer. The station has an incorporated pre-twist and rinse system that operates with either water or clean air to clean the can prior to filling.
Rinse Tunnel & Air Knife Module
The CanTech Rinse Tunnel/Air Knife Module attaches to the Seaming Station and is designed to wash and dry cans after filling making them ready for packing.
Accumulator Conveyor Module
The conveyor accumulates finished cans and makes them available for packing with rings or cases. Includes a stainless steel trough and drain hole.
Inline Plate Chiller
The inline plate chiller is integrated to the CanTech filling head to guarantee consistent fill temperatures. This helps to ensure product consistency and reduces waste.
Linx Date Coder 8900
With 3 lines of text, barcodes, symbols and numbers from 1.8mm and up to 20mm high, the Linx 8900 is a flexible coding option for both primary and secondary packaging.
